What we do
- WMS do Painting… (and Decorating)… both internal and external redecorations, for a single property or an entire Cyclical Programme
- WMS do Voids… whether its just a one off or an ongoing and random arrangement, and whether it’s a virtual rebuild or a simple lock-change
- WMS do Kitchens… We even have our own design studio so Residents can have an ‘Artists Impression’ of their new kitchen
- WMS do Bathrooms… (and ‘Wetrooms’)… and Showers too, and we promise faithfully never to leave a Resident without water overnight
- WMS do Disabled Adaptations… any disabled adaptations… from a simple Grab Rail to a walk-in Bath to a new access ramp or a purpose designed Kitchen
- WMS do Solar Panels... Photovoltaic ones to be precise... and with our MCS Accreditation and the REAL Assurance scheme behind us, you should feel comfortable that we know what we're doing with them
- WMS do Planned Maintenance… (except GasSafe unless part of a larger scope of work.) So whatever it is you are planning to do we can handle it; whether it’s for one house or thousands… and if we should need a GasSafe engineer to assist us, rest assured, our Approved Sub-Contractor List will provide one
- WMS do Reactive (and Emergency) Repairs… We can get pretty much anywhere in Devon, Cornwall, West & North Somerset, Bristol and Bath within 24 hours (often less than 4 hours if it’s really urgent). So, feel free to call us, even if it’s on a one-off basis
- WMS do Strange Things… Our experienced workforce have reclaimed a Tin Mine, patched up a Castle (or two), converted a Georgian Hotel into a Community Hub, driven into a Firing Range to paint a hut, saved a Sea Wall from collapse, and relocated priceless paintings while refurbishing a museum.
- WMS don’t make promises we can’t keep… If the work is beyond our ability we will tell you. If we need more time, we’ll ask before it’s too late, and if we’ve done something wrong (we’re not perfect… yet) we’ll put it right (and we always do.)
